Refund Policy
It is the intention of Sovereign Universe Linen Services LLC to provide outstanding customer service and quality products. We believe that we have provided full disclosure and transparency for all products and services offered by S.U. Linen. Therefore all payments submitted for service transactions are FINAL. We reserve the right to discuss any problems related to customer service or quality of products. At the discretion of the office management, issues related to product quality may result in a company credit or adjustment to client service invoice. The amount agreed to be credited will be credited no later than the next scheduled service.
Charge Back Policy
All references to a “chargeback” refer to a reversal of a credit/debit card charge placed on the Site. There is no reason for a chargeback to ever be filed. If a credit is due, simply contact us, and we will gladly issue it. If you feel that your credit/debit card was used fraudulently on any of the Sites, please contact us at info@sulinen.com. The company reserves the right to charge a charge back fee if a charge back is placed with your credit card whether intentionally or unintentionally. The charge back fee is $60.00 to cover any further investigative expenses. In cases of pre-arbitration additional fees may apply from the card processor. This fee will be used to cover all investigative expenses to prove that the charge was authorized by you upon receiving the charge back from our payment processor. Additionally, we do not take unprofessional friendly fraud lightly. If we decide to continue serving your business the convenience of online payments will no longer be an option. We will accept only check or cash payments from your business.
